Re: Toy fair news
Hi Thumper.
Didcot in the old Days used to be a regular haunt for me, went to the very first event and it was so quiet, it felt like they should have paid me to look around!
If I get to Didcot again, will I see you there as its always nice to meet forum members.

I get to the fairs whenever I can, but I often find I'm booked in elsewhere the same weekend, and can't do both. The next Didcot fair clashes too, so I hope to get to one of Ronnie's other events later in the year.GHOSTHUNTER wrote:Hi Thumper.

Re: Toy fair news
Toy Fairs are very rare in my part of the world and then more like trash n treasure. Went to one today though and so many hotwheels, thousands of them. I don't know how a store holder can make any money selling them Do hotwheels really reach a decent price, a price high enough to make money out of it?

Yep there is certainly a bouyant market for rare 60's red lines, especially in the US.

Oh there was nothing like that there, although how would I know!
What I saw was thousands of the blue blisters that I see hanging on pegs in stores for less then 2 bucks a pop!
You do have me thinking about those original redlines now, damn, argh!!!!!!
