I have purchased cars on epay, since we kept track our self on a daily print out
sent checks all over the world with little issues.
after 2002 (or went public)added PP) it got so bad, gave up for years, learned quite a few of the tricks they use (about 1/2 discussed here) , so went back on last year but with $$ limits.
holding to those limits or the misfortune of the mom/pop seller needing to cover the 33% + fees,inflated shipping for increased inflated fees etc. I lose out 97% of the time
As I have no love (but necessity to use) epay and the corrupt delivery organization's MANDATED
( the question)What can we do to alert or otherwise notify members to not be out bidding each other?
Once I re-inspect( since 98')all the cars, the 300 extra/doubles will be offered back here, hopefully to get some newbie started.
provided ghost hunter/others will stop finding new rivets to count before,all the doubles become ....(difficult)
