Neither the NAMC’s “Catalog of all Series Matchbox Models” (second edition) nor the AIM's “1-75 Series Regular Wheels” catalogue (second printing, 1983) list any variations not already covered by Nick. The same is true of both Stannard and Houghton.
U.K. Matchbox first examined the model in Vol. 2 no. 9 (Nov. '78) p172 and again in Vol. 8 no. 6 (feb. '85) p215 but did not list any variations not already covered by Nick.
It should be noted that there is a mistake in Houghton's variation table, Variations 30b-14 and 30b-15 being duplicated. The same variation is also duplicated in Nick's table (variation codes 14 and 15).
30b Magirus Deutz Crane Truck
Re: 30b Magirus Deutz Crane Truck
I think that the inspiration for the first colour variation was by 13a and 13b Bedford Wreck Truck

Re: 30b Magirus Deutz Crane Truck
There are several colour or shade variations of the jib: red, pale orange, dull orange, bright orange, orange-red. Hard to describe all the colours exactly.

Re: 30b Magirus Deutz Crane Truck
I am not sure if this variation was mentioned or exactly described. The jib has a step at the rear and thick brace on the round cross bar.
