Still learning but I say.......repo box, repo decal, so I'm assuming a repaint!? :ugeek:

Yes, repaint making it a 'Code' 3' model which means it has been custom painted by a previous owner. The booms are thick at the bottom, original models in this colour have thin booms as shown on the box artwork.

That looks like a label to me and not a decal.

The green is the wrong shade (too yellow) and is running off of the high points of the casting.
I think the truck is still yellow under the green paint. One would think that they would have removed the yellow before repainting.

Certainly agree with this if the model was repainted for Monetary gain, but for personal display just to show what one of these looks like, a quick repaint over the original colours would be fine, but eventually the model will get into the collecting domain and this could just be one of those, so an innocent repaint not intended to fool anyone.
