The baseplate looks different as it has not been plated on this model.

Hi Jason,

An unusual baseplate for a VERY unusual model :)
So are we looking at the raw mazak, or is that some other alloy they used for the baseplate?

Cheers,
Ken

Hello all,

I have a question about the 31d Volks-Dragon. What are the "listed" sizes of the front and rear wheels?
My micrometer shows 11.3 x 6.2mm on the front and 13.8 x 7.8mm on the rear. Is this due to rounding the numbers?

Thank you,
Michael E

Hi Michael.
The wheels were made using imperial measurements, so 13.2mm x 6.2mm would be 1/2" x 1/4" or very near
