I love accessories like this, they add character to a collection. The poster hoarding is great, and I have several of these with different posters applied.

Very nice, I agree with Fred. When mixed up with the models and trains, accessories like these would also have added some nice play value for the kids (and the adults).

Very nice additions to your collection and with what looks like some really good boxes. The trade pack of buckets is clearly a bit special. I think many Dinky collectors would like to get hold of trade boxes with or without contents. The VW is probably less well known as a Dinky Toy because of it's source and often neglected from collections, but I love it and would openly welcome one into my collection, then the Mini Moke and what a nice example of model number 342. I think this was the last version before conversion to 'Speedwheels' in late 69 or early 1970.

Here is a section of the advert from 1966 for your model.

Made in Spain possibly. The coming of these models is complicated. There is an attempt to explain the source on Wikipedia and they list these models of which your VW and Fiesta belong to.

11539 VW Scirocco
11540 Renault 14
11541 Ford Fiesta
11542 Simca 1308 GT
11543 Opel Ascona

They are a coming together of Dinky France and Auto Pilen in Spain and some proper research needs to be done for a better understanding.
