Wow Steve, it looks as though you have been actvely collecting error pieces. Some great examples so far.

It really is amazing how they get past so many people looking at them as they pass down the flow-line onto the boxing area. Thank's Steve they are great examples of factory OOPSIES!

Hi Roland, in your view, is there any way the glazing could have been broken into small enough pieces and then removed through the openings to create a rare OOPS! version.

Theoretically of course it may be, that the glass is broken out subsequently. However, this is one of my few NM models and there is not a scratch on the window frame. And that would have been the only way to destroy the window.

was the rivet struck to hold the glass Roland? if the rivet was struck more than likely there was glass...if it wasnt you have a good case of no glass being fitted and a cool oops!
Please use a web hosting site (like photobucket) to store pictures so you can post them here, using attachments makes it hard to view the pictures when you have to scroll to see them. Seeing comparisons of models is hard to see with attachments too.
