Thanks you very much Christian for the posting all of these. It must have been a massive task!
One thing struck me - we often go back to early material for 'facts' about our hobby, but you really do have to be careful. In Vol 3, Issue 3 (from 1968) there is an article about the different types of boxes and it categorically states that the A (script) box was issued for the first 12 models. If that's the case script boxes for the models 8 through 12 much be the rarest Matchbox items of all!
