Another varied week on the arrivals front, a quick post this time so no descriptions, Any questions please ask.
Firstly some more Atlas Dinky models:
A group of French Dinkys bought here in NZ from an EX Pat Frenchman who came here in the 60"s and has had these since new.

Re: RSSierra's Dinky Additions
Further arrivals from a 1,000 item collection being liquidated by a dealer on our local auction site, surprisingly enough there has been little interest and reasonable good models such as these have been going with relatively low buy nows two or three weeks into listing. I'm not complaining.
Firstly though a little Solido which came in the French Lot above. Can anyone help with its age or what it is meant to be. An unusual little model with metal wheels and screwed on chassis, circa Early Moko size.
Given the suspension retainer is normally on the inside, I thought that the chassis was on upside down. But No. Strangely it has cast in engine detail on the other side, presumably why it has a screw attached chassis. This detail would not be viewable otherwise.....The 355B doesn't aid identification either.

Re: RSSierra's Dinky Additions
Hi Dave.
Your little Yellow Solido comes from the 'Mosquito' range from the early 1950's. It is based on the Tatra T602 'Tatraplan'. 11 models are known from this range and I have listed them below for anyone else interested.
Citroën 11 cv.
Maserati.
Renault Fregate.
Hotchkiss.
Peugeot 203Pick-up Renault.
Coach Ford Vedette.
Camion citerne.
Simca 8 sport.
Tatraplan.
Ford Comete.
Autocar.
These are very unusual in the UK, as I don't think any of them were brought to this land when new, not sure we even had a Solido distributor in the 1950's, so that is a nice rare find for you.

Super collection .
Re: RSSierra's Dinky Additions
More nice additions, how do you keep it up? The Guy lorries look great in yellow, especially with red wheels.
My overall favourite out of this latest selection would have to be that lovely Studebaker with trailer.
