Routemaster 5c Wheel Error

Post by Kiov »

Hello, I have just found this Routemaster bus, it seems to have two different wheel types, GPW on the front and BPW on the rear, Is this a factory error or modified?

Some clear close up pictures of the axle ends are needed before comments could be made

I'm with you Alex - never seen anything like this. It isn't completely unprecedented though as models exist (27c Cadillac springs to mind) that have been found with combinations of silver and grey plastic wheels.

Cheers,

I too think that it is unlikely to be genuine, but for just £5 it was definitely worth a punt.
