I like the green better than the original shade and definitely better than the standard yellow. I think a waterslide BP decal would have looked nicer than the stick-on one though. They make stickers that are thinner than what you are using as well. From what I can see, the silver detailing is very well done. That's an area that often gives away a restore or modification.

The all over green cab and chassis suit this model really well, good choice.
What does spring to mind from a quick glance at the first picture, is how good this model would look with another one behind as a tanker trailer.
Food for thought for a conversion project.

Thanks for the input. Yes the stickers do seem rather clunky.

Bernie: I was actually thinking of doing what you mentioned. I saw the 25c tanker/cabless trailer lash-up on a Thunderbirds episode and would like to reproduce, as I am a big fan of that show. However, the Mike Trim/Derek Meddings creation looks more like they were taped together on close inspection.

Hi Tito, i would not be so critical of your wonderful custom. The labels do not detract to such a degree that they should attract any negative comments. I think it looks damb good, well done!!
