Great Chinese blister card carrying the little Van, did not know it was called 'Tailgaitor', somebody probably has a Tailgator mounted on a 'Johnnie Walker' Van blister card...

The base and roof of the van caught my eye too, might be wrong but I think they're normally black

Those Chinese issue models were frequently packed in incorrect blisterpacks - just whatever leftovers they had available. The correct model number (i.e. MAN number) and name (in Chinese, obviously) is always printed on the small white label glued to the front of the card.
The Model T van in this colour combination is a well-known Chinese domestic market issue. The regular issue Johnnie Walker promo had a black roof and base (and no Matchbox logo nor company name cast).
