14c lomas ambulance

I just got a 14c lomas ambulance. The model is badly overpainted so I don't know about the trim or original color but it has 9x20 black plastic wheels and I don't see these listed. The interior is the dark cream (darkest) color.
It might be time to start my "Bucket List."

Takecare removing the paint then, there maybe an early roof fitted solvent fix decal present!

It has no guidelines and no decal.
