Standard Oil plaque

Post by godsey1 »

Has anyone seen one of these? I know that it is not a production piece, but it appears to have been made for and by the Standard Oil company. It looks like it was made for a maintenance crew. The "new" bed is made out of wood and fits perfectly on the truck. I will find out how to take the truck off the plaque and get more picture over the weekend if there is any interest. I saw it and though that it was an odd piece.

It is interesting. Will look forward to additional pics. How do you come across this piece?

It was on ebay. no one else bid, so I got it at a very good price.
