Re: Recent additions

This is one for the Yesteryear collectors, not the very early casting but the maroon grille seems very hard to find. I have seen some dodgy looking ones on ebay recently but very happy with this one.

These are tough to find. The early casting referred to isn't on any of the recognised listings and is extremely difficult to find. Usually described as "Open front mudguard quadrant", Hopefully the photos illustrate this.

Couple of recent additions to the Team Matchbox collection, yellow one has the early thin roll bar behind the driver. White one is probably a colour trial as its the later thick roll bar. Stickers I am not to sure about but I do like them so they will be staying on.

These are very cool and I like the labels too - they certainly look like they've been stuck there for a while.

Cheers,

They're great finds Jason and I like the racing numbers too. You'll have to keep an eye on the seller :)

The stickers are Corgi items, supplied on a sheet 1-9 for 3 x Lotus + VW pickup racing giftset and also fitted the other 1966-69 models like the Marcos Volvo

Thank you all and thanks for the info Mick, the labels reminded me of a photo in Christians site showing the Ford group 6 with the same stickers but no7 . J
