We haven't heard from Antonin for a while, perhaps he's on one of his long trips.Idris wrote:I've just PM-ed Antonin from the old forum, so fingers crossed.

Has anyone heard from Vetrad (David), i noticed that he has not yet joined yet. I thought i had his e mail address but i appear to have deleted it. Is anyone in contact with him and can get him over from the dark side??

Re: A warm welcome to the VBD forum
little problem reducing the size of the Avatar I want to use.
then had a brainstorm of copying a rendered thumb pic on other forums.
So got my pic of my 6x pre-war Dinky 25H fire engines and tradebox.
got to go to post office now.

I've just PM-ed him from the old Forum.motorman wrote: Has anyone heard from Vetrad (David), i noticed that he has not yet joined yet. I thought i had his e mail address but i appear to have deleted it. Is anyone in contact with him and can get him over from the dark side??

It will be very interesting to see how many members we end up with. There were over 800 on the old forum, but I strongly suspect that many of them were non-active (and quite a few were old aliases of Christine's!).

Hi all, just thought I should get a first post in to congratulate Nick.

Thanks Nick for the info... I have saved as much as I can too a couple of days ago.. Mostly the HTF superfast threads and a few others too.. One thing though I can't seem to post on this forum without it telling me that it has to be reviewed by a moderator.. How many times will it do that? cause it takes a while. In three days I have managed to post only two posts.. I also can't seem to answer my PMs... Idris if you read this yes I did receive the item thanks again mate!nickjones wrote:Hi Naji.
Martin Avis has copied all of the important categories from the old forum. I should be able to add them here once I have got a bit more knowledge on how this site works. Unfortunately Martin was unable to save the photo's because of the way that lefora saves them.
Cheers to all and happy collecting

Hi Naji.
Your first two or three posts need to be approved, after that that your posts go straight on to the forum and your pm's are available to read.

Another LEFORA balls up...!
Been on the old Lefora site again to save some more stuff and I see that in one of the members posts, the wrong pictures have been assigned to the topic. Instead of two pictures of a 1909 Rolls-Royce Silver Ghost, they have attached two pictures of somebody's customised Matchbox models, a Pontiac GTO and what looked like a two door coupe conversion, 'E' series Vauxhall cresta.
Do you reconise them ?

GHOSTHUNTER.
