It's what is known as a DIY "long-tail" cargo bike and serves as general transport, for my daughter and I, as well as grocery getter and all around hauler, depending on which configuration I run it in.
It has a 24v electric hub motor on the front wheel, so pedaling is not too difficult and it's very cheap to run!
Rides great, there is really no sensation that you are on a long bike, in fact when I'm on my regular bike it now seems short to me.

I would be dishonest saying this is the best engine in this topic, but I think it really could be my daily runner. To replace my 21 years old Décathlon Rockrider 560. Really great machine. Congratulations for your great job.

That is a lot of sheet metal work on that Pacer! We worked on one back in 1985 at the auto body school, and we cut out just the back right hand corner, and it was a booger. I can't imagine doing as much as they did.

On the slant 6, my original Aspen, I broke a push rod in it and that thing drove another 100 miles knocking like a worn out diesel. The only time it sound really bad was when I was taking out.

We have replaced the roll of tape about 5 times now, just can't figure out how to make it last longer

Thanks

I certainly have gotten a lot of use out of it. I like taking it out on big trash pick-up day, to find other items that I can restore or make use of. Its particularly useful for hauling home bulky or long items and of course other bikes. :D

I'll post this link here, if anyone is interested in seeing how I built the bike- have to scroll down on the page just a bit to get to it. Lots of others there too, if you're looking for ideas.

Hi all!
I'am a bit quite here on the forum the last time because of my study. And I'am a bit busy with my real car.
It's a Suzuki Grand Vitara I Cabrio. 2.0 l ! A hardtop is fitted above the front seats and to the rear. But I'am currently searching for parts for installing a Soft top (just two parts missing, but I may get them from UK ;) ) for summer season.
It's my first own car and I want to share a few pictures with you.
Of course I'am still into the small cars, too. I will receive some additions in march I think and will hopefully be more active here on the forum soon.

Thank's Linus for the update. You have been a bit absent lately, but as we all know, some of us do have lives to live outside of our hobbies... :D

A great pair of cars there Roland, have you managed to find a model car of both or because of the mods, is this not possible.

I have several models of them, as i´m also a Mercedes collector. But as you mentioned - its not easy - no, its impossible to get them with the modifications, but i´m working on it :D When i can afford the paint job for the S-class, it will also be completely converted with genuine Brabus parts
