Bank Holiday Monday 31st August - HUNTINGDON.

I normally go to this event without question, but I have to consider my financies and the full-time care of my Father. He will be keen to come with me, but the internal floor surface of this event is strangely very uneven, it used to be a problem with his walking, but now he is in a wheel chair, I will have the problem from pushing him around, it was hard work at a steam fair a few Weekends ago, so we will have to see how he feels on the actual morning of the event as to him coming with me or even my attendance anyway.

Update on my toy fair visit at Huntingdon.

I am going to this event as I am half-way to Peterborough and on behalf of the members over on 'Moyboyz', I am going to visit Mr Horace Dunkley with a get well card. I will sign it on behalf of members from both forums.

So I'll look out for you Reg or give you a call, just remember I will not be able to do an early bird entry, I'll be there after the general public go in at 10 am.

I have only been to the Exeter show once due to the very long distance but it was worth the trip as I found a few rare matchbox models for very little money.

We've just got home from Exeter. Had a very good day. Leonty only spent £45 on my stall, so I think I'm loosing my touch!!!
Met an old chap call Peter Stevens who said he was friends with Nigel Cooper. Don't know if anyone has heard of or met him. He spent an awful lot anyway!!!

Next up is Wimborne QE School this coming Sunday 13th.
