Sometimes I do get a little pissed-off!
My Rolls Royce Silver Shadow needs a little tender love and care, not a lot but enough to warrant action. After several attempts to find the colour code of the paint I finally succeeded and found a supplier in Germany who advertised under Rolls Royce that they produced spray paints according to RR paint codes. Duly ordered stating the code, RR part no. and the paint name "Peacock Blue".
Waited several days for the delivery. Nothing. Sent an email, received the answer "we require the exact paint code before we can deliver". I resent the required information. A few days later received the same email " we require the exact paint code..... "
Telephoned the firm and was informed that the description "Silver Shadow" was not sufficient to mix a colour!
After explaining that "Silver Shadow" was a model name like "Escort" or "Astra" I finally received an email saying they could mix the paint code and delivery would be as soon as possible.

Waiting in anticipation to see what shade of "Silver Shadow" I get.
