Thanks to a good friend of mine, I was able to add these two displays to the collection (one has an orange bottom and the other has a red bottom):

Re: 1963 King Size Displays
Impressive displays, as are the Prime Movers on your other post.
Wasn't even aware of these displays until your post, so many thanks.
I never had any of the King Size or Major Pack range as a child, perhaps too expensive for my parents.
Don't even recall going to a toy shop to look at models. The few I did have came as birthday/Christmas presents.
Enjoy collecting them now and seeing your great photos just makes me want to unbox what I have and have a push around the table.

Re: 1963 King Size Displays
One of these two now sold on Ebay:
See:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1963-MATCHBOX ... 7675.l2557
I now think the display is from late 1962 (not 1963) and this one is from 1963:
(auctioned by Graham Hamilton (Rockerton Toys) in may 2012)
A fully populated 1968 Kingsize display from the same collection as the sold late 1962 Kingsize display was also sold on Ebay:
