There were a few HTF variations that will be offered in a future Serious Toyz auction. I have done business with Tom on several occasions. He puts on a good show.

I am not sure if there woyld be any variations as the models came from one shipment what I understood.
I agree that it is unlikely (but not impossible) that there would be more than one variation of each model. It would, however, be nice to know which variation that one variation actually is!

I decided to bite the bullet and see just how nice these models are. I ended up getting 7 of them to upgrade and replace some beater boxes. There is really nothing exceptional about the cars, yes they are in beautiful shape, flawless paint, and perfect decals, but most are showing some signs of axle rust. Not a deal killer. However the boxes are truly the highlight of this collection. You will not find any better! - I know a lot of sellers claim mint boxes but I have had a hard time giving anything above a 9.5 when I have purchased before. Of the 7 items I got I gave out 6 - 10's and 1 - 9.5 on the boxes. The service was outstanding and the shipping was fast. I have posted a few pictures below, but you can see all the models I got in the "Look At What I Just Got" forum. I doubt you would be disappointed in buying any of the models.

...and once again John, you have secured some of the most mint examples of our favourite models, I don't know how you do it so consistantly. The Aston box clearly has just come out of the printer's, never been on a retailer's shelf, superb, well done mate.

Hi all, just placed a order for 4 the boxes look great. I have emailed Tom a few times he said that he had sold out of a few of the lots. It will be interesting to see what he is having for auction Pete

I ended up buying several of these. Every one was beautiful except the #40 Tipper. There appears to be a factory paint issue where the paint on the tipper ran and cured along the edges of the tipper door causing it to be permanently fused shut. I tried to take some pictures of it. The pic from above you can see the ridge along the inside where the paint settled and hardened. Also there is a tear on the box end flap. I've emailed Tom several times now asking if I could exchange it with no answer as of today. I would have been very happy with the lot if it weren't for the bad Tipper. I was planning to bid on some of the others at the auction but will pass now due this lack of response from Tom.

Hi all, I placed an order last month for four, Tom told me that he had had a death in the family. Then he sent my invoice to his self. I managed to pay on the 18th but paypal froze my payment as I have had another attempt on my account I think it has now gone through. Pete
