Nice bit of research for that listing AJR, should come in handy for the collectors of those models and what a nice collection you have, thank's for showing it here.

Some close up pics of my small collection. Some a bit chipped but will do until I can get some better and more complete examples.
I don't really bother about boxes though for display.

AJR,
A nice set of trucks. The barrels on the K 20 Pallet Truck also came in blue. I think these were the early releases.

The MM2 DAF usually come from Germany where many of the early TPs in very short run dark olive come from. I have a pair without loads but did see standard metallic green Weasels in the same beater boxes I pulled mine from and have read online that they have been found with metallic green Weasels with an odd coloured base!!

Yes, the blue barrels are very rare. I forgot about those. I'll ammend the list to include them seeing as I have mentioned the equally rare red doors on the prefab panels.
I also need to add the loads for the Army version (now added).
Also it needs to be said that the paint on the K34 versions is very poor. the white paint is very thick and the blue / maroon roof masking is so untidy, I'm tempted to touch it up. The casting is less crisp and the original holes in the loadbed have been filled in very poorly. The 6 pips to hold the plastic sheet isn't a good look at all.
Some of the fork lift trucks can have differences in the colour of the forks and the fork rails but I feel these are a variation too far.

Great photo of the blue barrel version. Interesting to see how it's packaged inside with that pink cardboard to hold the pallets and later on it looks like they used red clips.

There are also some wheel variations (as with most Speed Kings) .... here are some I've noticed on eBays past.

Normal style of wheels ... pic chosen to show the early red door on prefab building.

These appeared on the Bay of E a few weeks back, both have different style of wrong wheels.

K34 seems to have a far greater incidence of alternative wheels.

This K34 has mixed sets of wheel style.

The site hut off the K-13 was from the Auto Sales Set. They had blue doors.
