It is complete in the box - the artwork was irresistable but clearly as it has survived 50+ years unmade as a toy it didnt grab its owners...............
More chump change bargains from our street markets .............. plus a French Dinky 204 and VW1600TL from local collectors that cost real money..........
One of those Mustang kits would be a great basis for a skilled modeller to make a battered "end of chase" Eleanor from the film Gone in 60 Seconds. A 1/43 diecast has recently been released, but it would be nicer with a few dents!
Who makes the Knievel dragster, I haven't seen that one before.
I might start getting some more Tekno, I only have one artic and one Mercedes SL and of course the DSeries which is on its way.
Dragster is made by Ideal of Hong Kong from 1976 - a diecast brand I have never noticed before although the company was famous for its games in the 1970s
Flea market finds this week - Tekno NSU RO 80 is as well made as any 1/43 toy can be and the other unusual item is a Majo truck + trailer promoting a small local business
That Ro80 is indeed nice. The Ro80 was a popular subject with European diecast producers in 1/43 scale - how many of the other makes do you have? It would be interesting to see some of them compared.
