Does anyone remember buying one of these cars and seeing the display behind it?,or to you remember the flag? if so was it in a shop or at the leyland factory,just trying to get a bit of knowledge regards the displays ,as so far nothing on the web i can find.

Seem to remember our local newsagents having one of these displays, right up until the early 1990's.....

i have just checked a 1981 trade catalogue,nothing in there about best of british, ,bit to early in time,some good pictures of box dispensers and resin prepros though

My Corgi Juniors book lists a 'Best Of British' set as being available in 1983, number 3109-A and containing 7 vehicles (wonder what the other 7 were?). The only one showing as an individual listing in Union Jack box is the TR7.
