odd 46a Morris Minor ?

Just came across this odd Morris Minor. Looks like some kind of labels/transfers on the roof and boot. Has anyone seen similar? Is it worth getting? Thanks!

Those look like transfers added by a previous owner. It is still worth having as it is the scarcer blue version of the Morrie and in very nice condition (once you remove the decals! ).
