Evening or morning all,

A quick reminder that the big Wellington swapmeet is on this Sunday, 21st June. The biggest swapmeet in NZ, with 80+ tables, so well worth getting along if you're in central New Zealand this weekend. Doors open 11am, and the venue is the same as the last few years:

St. Mary's College, Hawkestone Street, Thorndon, Wellington NZ.

This is literally straight off the urban motorway (SH1) Southbound at the Hawkestone Street/Karori exit. It's just a few hundred metres from the Tinakori Rd. exit Northbound and there is plenty of parking at the door. Alternatively, it is a short walk up Molesworth Street from the central train and bus stations in Wellington.

A number of VBD members will be in attendance, including myself of course! See you there!

Cheers,
Gavin

Yes I think we should, while its still fresh in our minds. I won't of course be bringing any models to compare, but will be looking out for other forum members, so see you there Reg, Hugh, Petethesweet and others, but sadly not Alex this time.

I honestly don't know if I'll be there. It's been a particularly heavy week, mainly because [Northern comedian accent]the wife[/Northern comedian accent] decided at 1:30 a.m. Tuesday morning that she'd broken her foot/ankle and needed to be taken to hospital. At 5:15 a.m., after several hours waiting for various parts of the NHS to do their thing, it was decided that she hadn't, so I then drove home, had a 10 minute breakfast and then off to work, returning at 7 p.m.
So, adding my current sleep deprivation to the fact that I found absolutely nothing of interest last time round means that there's a good chance that the certainty of a lie-in will outweigh the minuscule chance of an interesting find.
Sorry!
