I don't get photobucket. I crop my pictures and more often then not photobucket links to the original or even wrong picture. Too far now too close!

Thanks for the box pics. The Corgi has a much more sedate image! I see your Zylmex box is for the earlier issue which had two opening doors, unlike my Selfridge DMS with the ugly sliding central door. It's interesting to see how the front panel of the bus has been updated between the two pictures, although neither is quite right for the bus in question! The Zylmex DMS is certainly a better effort than the Matchbox Superkings rendition, and the detailed labels are a nice touch. It's just a shame about the heaviness of the bluff front.

According to Great Book of Corgi there were only 21000 467 Selfridges boxed Routemasters made as part of the 1977 Silver Jubilee special issues so I am particularly delighted to own this rare box with different Corgi art from my childhood..... I was surprised Fred hadnt already bought it at a mere £4 ;) !

Finds from last weekend - I will admit to liking many of the original opening doors Hongwells designed for Schuco! Everything here was very cheap except the Volvo F88 which was a steal at £20!

Probably my best ever flea market score, a retired guy was selling 3 dozen toys this weekend, after picking out the Victor , Dauphine and Seat 1200 I asked him if he had anymore - he invited me to his home and gave me a choice of close to 500 vintage items - this lot cleaned me out, 1 weeks average after tax pay, with the 4 cars in front costing exactly ½ of the total, everything else was cheap or very reasonably priced. My favourites are the pair of Fiat 124 coupes,PB Cresta , Victor 101,Mercedes 220S and Dauphine. Spot On PA Cresta is near mint but for sale........

Those Two Vauxhalls look to be in amazing condition and you know of course Spot-On models in that condition are very sought-after and can generate good money, well done, but I fear you are running out of space to display much more... :D
