Thank you Numi, it was actually a remote purchase and Mr Mick sent me a link to see it, thinking I would like it because he said it is not the size of model he is collecting, I said I would have it because the price was very acceptable for a late issue in that colour.

More pictures when it's at 'Ghosthunter Towers'...

A package arrived this morning from Mick ("SMS88"), with the Burago Rolls-Royce inside and to prove it is the same one, here is the model in a similar pose to when Mick photographed it...

My recreation but sadly without the figures!

Mick's original picture.

I have even duplicated the smaller models in the same order with 'Regular Wheels' and 'Superfast' #24 Rolls-Royce models mixed together... :D

You can't fool us Ghosty, you've just photoshopped the Arabs and the back wall haven't you? (very nice :) )

I remember seeing a Burago Camargue in a toy shop when I was young and really wanted one, but I had to wait until adulthood to get one! I bought a Burgundy one like yours, but the paint finish on my example was very poor so I stripped it to repaint. My paint job didn't go too well, so I ended up buying a cheap white one with some chromework issues and swapping the parts over!

Hello Fred, nice story and one I have heard before when painting does not go to well for upcoming modellers!

Have you still got it and what does it look like now?
