The "New Model" boxes are probably scarcer than the others. The B Box (MOKO LESNEY) is the very first, but the mention "New Model" was also on the first C Box (LESNEY) version. I would probably bet that the C New Model one is harder to find. D boxes are very popular and the D1 is probably a bit harder to find.
In any case, the 25B boxes can fetch a reasonable amount of money, but I do not consider any of the variations to be rare.
