So, stripped of the paint at the rear and the logo is revealed. Still no idea what it means!

the models look like they have black painted separate tyres.
Does the car have separate tires, and are they made of rubber?
So the makers name starts (or at least includes) an "R"...hmmmm.....

Now having seen the 'R' logo I thought of 'RALSTOY' as they have released bare metal toy cars in the past, but they mostly do trucks, I am not aware of single-seater race cars from them.
