Interesting 55c Ford Galaxie Police Car

I spotted this on Ebay over the weekend, but did not bid on it because of the rivets. However, putting those to one side, the model does have a red interior. Furthermore, the photographs appears to show it to be red plastic rather than red-painted plastic, so what are we looking at here?
Is the interior, perhaps, a 3D-printed part? (If so, then this takes fakes to a whole new level.)

I think it's an interior from RW #20c Chevy Impala Taxi, because both models share the same interior...red colour in a #55/59 police car seems unusual, but maybe a simple swap, regarding the rivets.

If I was collecting these it would still be too expensive for me despite it looking like its been well done, much rather do one myself with some 'Beaters'.

Odd that Lesney never put red interior into the white 55c when they went to the trouble of making a million of them! Next we should look out for a 59c with red interior..........
