Hi Hans, hope everything is good with you!

The long stripes on the roof decal and the tall side decal are good spotting features. The Knobby wheels carry over to later models with newer decals. So, they are a clue, but more reliable are the decals (because it will only have the early decals).
It might be time to start my "Bucket List."

If you have a look at Nick's catalogue page for this model, it will give you a good understanding of how the metallic blue variants fit in terms of the numerous component variations.

This is the Metalic Blue Model, with the correct type "A" decal on the roof, the model you show has the type "B" decal on the roof.

No your one you show is not the Metalic Blue model, sorry to say.
