25c with Esso decals

Post by moston100 »

I found this in a junk box last sunday at the macron toy fair bolton. I know it would be easy to fit the decals to the model at a later date but they do appear to be contemporary with the age and condition of the model which also has the silver trim to the grille and front bumper, making it an earlier casting. Was just wondering if any other forum member has ever come across a similar model.

It's not even a Lesney Matchbox decal. Obviously added by it's owner after it left the factory.
It might be time to start my "Bucket List."
