I found a few with French labels on them a few years back, all from the same person and someone I used to get loads of weird stuff from as he worked there for years. Saying that I have no idea where they are lol

It wouldn't be surprising if these were used as promotional models for smaller independent domestic oil supply companies much the same as busses and model a vans.... Maybe a search for the brand name on the labels??
