Most annoying! You See something on eBay, bid on it, win it, wait patiently for it to come and when it arrives and you see the packaging you know immediately, bollocks.

Oh dear! its just is not good enough. Here we are, able to take colour pictures of the surface of Mars yet we cant send parcels without getting damaged!!

I am sorry to see such damage to the packaging, but have the actual models survived, if yes, at least that's something!

Have you sent the same pictures back to the sender and courier company to see what they say about it and who is going to offer compensation!

Yes Ghosty, I contacted the seller immediately and we arranged a refund without any fuss. Annoying as I only bid because the models where with the original box.

Unfortunately we have all had similar issued with sellers not packaging items properly, so dont feel you are the only one to have suffered this way.
