chrome hillman minx update

hi, despite my friend trying, he could not get the pictures to load so it could not be seen. the model has gone on the e bay its number is 361229918865. i still havent found out much about it ,

its diffrent, so use to plated yesteryears, strange to see i 1/75 one, i tryed to find out more about it, but drew a blank apart from nicks thoughts, it is what it is ,

Not an expert by any means but on plated yesteryears, the baseplates were plated as well. Note that the wheels are only "plated" on the sidewalls. The treads are gray. Looks like green paint on the wheel wells. Being a scale modeler I am aware of certain paints that simulate plating quite well. That's what this looks like to me.

that was my thoughts, but it not sprayed or painted , its coverage is too good, its a blue/white standard model, not green, the base is plated , i really dont know what to make of it
