ah that didnt take long!

i was checking ebay like always and saw a badly painted unimog what looked like an open base i thought...then i thought...its painted and its just the paint making it look like an open base...ok ill click the auction and check out the pic...well lo and behold...it was an open base...with a very cheap BIN wit h no shipping...wow...i couldnt click it fast enough

so here is a few pics of it...ir removed some paint and stopped when it started looking like i would remove the original paint...i know i can never get the new paint off 100% but at least it has some tan showing...of it had a coat a green over the original tan with a coat of blue on that

i had one for a while...and now i have three in a week...weird how things happen!

the first one i bought from Chris (ford a 30) and it will be returning to him (we are working a deal) as he was a gracious seller when i bought one from him

believe me...id rather find some other models i want for my collection than finding ones i already have...but if i see something rare in a cheap BIN i then can trade for one i need if the other person needs what i have
