ebay question
Re: ebay question
We offer returns on our Ebay sales but the customer is responsible for the freight, both ways. I would suggest offering the customer the same, and letting him know you will deduct for the actual cost of freight to him.

Re: ebay question
Well after looking hard on my photos there is actually 2 pieces missing I wrote that the ship was not mint but also that all peizes was there. Do I have to accept return? Paypal only accept that I pay him back or take item return but I have to pay for it??? I can not choose other solutions. Hmmmm any help?

Re: ebay question
Shame you didnt write sold as seen in the photos, what you see is what you get! Buyer must have known bits were missing before he bought because the photos show missing bits. As long as you refund him his payment to you, you can give him the item free of charge if it is worth less than the cost of shipping back to you,or you could send him the 2 missing bits if they are common here, which they may well be! Lego is cheap and plentiful in your home town............Dr Jazz wrote:Well after looking hard on my photos there is actually 2 pieces missing I wrote that the ship was not mint but also that all peizes was there. Re: ebay question
You can contact the buyer and see if he/she will keep the item and accept a partial refund. That way, you may not have to pay out of pocket to give away the thing.
It might be time to start my "Bucket List."
