It might be that its a new account thats putting people off, but I cant see why. I think youd probably do better if youve got, for instance, 50 super GTs amongst your various boxes, id be pulling em all out & selling them all to finish on the same day. Ive generally had better results selling that way rather than having a mix of eras.
And having said all that a mate of mine had some early carded juniors finish last sunday and one of em sold for less than £4, I had 66 loose loose juniors (Buicks & M/Benz, mostly mint - NM, with a handful of crappy ones too) finish on the same evening, some didnt even get a bid at 99p, so its not just you thats struggling.

ebay seems quite lately.

Hi Si.
To get the ball rolling I just picked up the nearest carry case I had, so it was a very random mix that went on. But I think if I'd started planning and putting things on together I'd never get round to getting started.
Looking back through my notes on what I've paid for them I'm quite happy with all bar one price on that lot, and maybe over reacted a little last night due having quite a few pints inside me.
Although I might try listing some similar item on this account to see how they pan out.

Just an Update.
I'm still photographing things, got about 1500 done!!! And there's a large lot of about 200 ish heavily playworn so far - Can't believe how much Crap I've acquired just to have another variation!!!!

I've also made the mistake of selling 2 of my largest display cabinets already. So I've plastic boxes full of stuff all over the place!!!! But it means there's no turning back now!!!!

Sounds like a big work in progress. I think a lot of us are guilty of acquiring all sorts of rubbish in the pursuit of those little gems and variations. I'm having a bit of a sort out at the moment, not on your scale, but getting rid of a lot of non Matchbox that I'm not interested, which has piled up in various places. :D

OK, I know its taking ages!!! But we moved house in October!!! Most of my collection is still here, but its now in the back of a storage unit!!!!
Dave (Leonty) has taken a couple of pieces though. I'm hoping to have quite a few pieces on my stall at Shepton Mallet next week. I've also found a buy for ALL my mb38 Ford vans, although we haven't come to an agreement on the Ben Franklin one yet!!!
Anyway, EBay sales are going to start again very shortly. Sorry its taking soooo long !!(Been almost a year since I decided to sell up!!)
