Post by Nicholas Martin »

Just added the first pages of my Benbros TV Series & Mighty Midgets today. Go to diecastvintagetoys.co.uk and click on the Benbros links. Any comments welcome!

Thank you for the info on your additions to the website. This is the best reference site I have seen so far for the models you have featured. The information is clear and well written, the pictures are excellent and the models shown in those pictures are simply some of the best examples I have seen anywhere.

If you keep up the high standards you have achieved so far, this will be a definite award wining model based website.

Many thanks, ghosthunter, for your generous and encouraging remarks. I will be adding the complete Benbros TV & MM range during the coming months as time allows, up to the Coca-Cola truck at No.49. It would be nice to add No.50 RAC Land Rover but I have never seen one and no-one else seems to have seen one either. If anyone does know anything about this elusive model, I would be delighted to hear from them!

Have you tried asking Robert Newson if he has a #50 Land Rover, I think he may have a box too.

The website looks great with excellent photographs and I'll visit regularly. Nicholas, will you consider other makes in the future (Crescent, Charbens, Britains/Lilliput, etc) or are the current ones your passion?

Concentrating on miniatures for the moment, TV Series, Mighty Midgets, Esso Series & Budgie miniatures etc. Small is beautiful!
