I realise that this is the rare "Filler Cap" version but i am absolutely gobsmacked at how high the final sale price went on this one.

Have i missed something in the listing it is "just" the rare filler cap variant isn't it?.

Anyway totaly amazing sale price, someone really wanted this one bad!!

I've just noticed that there is a nice chip on the paintwork on the upper edge of the side door!!! Did the buyer notice that???

Quite a high price, but the casting is very early on this one. Maybe thats why it went a bit higher. J

That said i have never seen one sell for this much before. It must be a record for an SF #23!!

I think the buyer put in a silly high bid not expecting the underbidder to push so hard
just can't see where it's worth this much, no base shot either

I suspect the high bidder will pull out and let the underbidder take his expensive prize. This is way over priced IMHO.
