A very interesting opinion.
I am of the opinion, the base plates will more Discussed.

Yes Hugh, there is one crossover. Please notice there are no name wheels (by 13b there are typically MW"13" ø8,5x18)

There is several unlisted variations by 13b:
- MW "39" ø8,5x18
- MW no name ø8,5x18 ( from 13a)
- MW "13" ø8,5x18
