SF#32 Tanker rare labels

Post by motorman »

I just missed out on this. Unfortunately i couldnt watch the end of the auction and was outbid. It was a bit of a gamble to be honest but worth it i think. Did anyone here win it?

I did see it, but mine is in a better condition so I did not bid, let someone els have it. 46£ is not expensive I have only seen 3 of these on ebay, this one, mine in a lot and a mint one thet went for 130£

Jazz i am a little pissed off to have missed out. Even more so when there was only one other bidder.
I was very suprised to see no other bidders for this tanker!

well there will be another one...... in 3 years       (sorry)

But why pay 46£ when you can find a mint one on a train set for 1£ ;)

I did not see this model during auction, but it is very cool. I did miss out recently on a regular wheel #32 model that had the harder to find BP decals rather than BP labels. If anyone out there has a "spare" one, let me know!!

Thanks,
Bill
