Re: MB 19 Road Dragster
Is the pink colour similar to the MB74 bus?

Hello Steve
Yes I would agree that it is the same color as the Daimler Bus.Make tomorrow a comparison photo.

Re: MB 19 Road Dragster
What kind of value/price should I put on a light pink one? I've just picked up one which is a lot lighter than the usual red, but will have to check whether it's as light as the one in the picture.
Thanks
Stephen
Thanks
Stephen
Re: MB 19 Road Dragster
These pinks can be quite deceiving, I checked mine and I've got one that seems to fall between the light and dark pink

Stephen, please try and post a few pictures of your 'Light Pink' model including a picture of the baseplate.StephenK wrote:What kind of value/price should I put on a light pink one? Road dragsters. Is this light enough to be considered "light pink"?

Re: MB 19 Road Dragster
Hello Stephen, from that single picture and comparing it with the earlier pictures posted here, it does not look like a 'Pink' or 'Light Pink' version to me, I would sit on it for a while until you can obtain a few more examples of this model and then compare them side by side to see if it is a lighter shade. As you regularly buy new stock for your toy fair table, it should not be too long before you have more examples.
Take care Stephen, I might be at the up-coming Slough toy fair, so may see you then.
Kevin.

Hi Stephen, I've just put the photos together here, it's a bit of a crude comparison but as Ghosty said, compaing them with others in the hand should answer the question.

Re: MB 19 Road Dragster
I think you're right. I would now class it as dark pink/very light red, as it is quite a bit lighter than the standard red. Thanks for all the comments.
