I'm pretty sure I can see a metallic blue 47b ice cream van and a tan spw 50a commer pick up.
Nice win Bill

That looks like an interesting lot Bill, let's hope you have some nice surprises. I think Nick might be right, the photo is a bit fuzzy but top right is a nice cream ice cream van (that's not easy to say after a beer) and top left looks like a good Mobilgas tanker, which is one of my favourites. Look out for the black wheels on that one. Who knows whats hiding under the trays and the catalogue though, keep us posted :D

Overall there is some really nice models in this lot. A nice Blue Bedford Auto transporter, A Green Y-5(B) 'Blower' Bentley and what does look like a Cream 'Ice Cream' Van.

Bill,

I imagine you'll have plenty of fun going through that lot when it arrives. Plenty of nice looking models there. In the rarity stakes, if the dark tan Commer has SPW, that would trump the others mentioned IMHO - very hard to find that one - I've only ever seen 2 or 3 of them.

Cheers,

Just received the package today and here are the pictures.

The 50a does have SPW and I'm not sure what the labels are on the doors. The 42a has 10x45 GPW. This lot of 75 cars was a bargain--$150.00 ($110.00 + $40 for auction fees & shipping) :D Hopefully I'll get a chance to catalog everything within a week.

WOW Bill, you certainly got your money's worth there and now you have separated the models I can see what looks like an 'Apple Green' Y-5(B) 'Blower' Bentley and it looks to be in very good condition, these are very sought-after. Maybe you can show this model on it's own in a picture, many thanks.
