Yeah right Hugh, thanks for the info. oops, sorry
There are beige metal crates on my
29a (Code1 with metal wheels).
(I made the tongue test) ;)

But nevertheless the metal crates are in the color beige. :? :o
Interesting Mike, can you show a base shot?

For this topicI studied many of my models.

I found this example from the 14d iso grifo coupe.
see the color-change of the interior.

The extent to plastic changes over time.

The base looks like it might be light in a few small places. It looks dirty or affected by environmental factors/nicotine etc. Have you tried cleaning it?

Johnboy. I have cleaned the model 29a.
See the pictures:

I think contamination of the metal boxes, over time.

This theme me very busy. Also found therefore
the iso grifo model with the color-difference.

Hi Mike.
The ISO is sunfaded, the floor beneath the dashboard is still in the original colour, compare the top of the seat to the floor.

That Iso is a perfect example of plastic Fading Mike! Thank you for digging that one out and showing it here. I have similar models, but not as different as yours looks. I have a shelf with re-paints, sunfades, and even some bad Fakes I have bought off E Bay. I enjoy looking at them, but I still buy odd models that turn out like your when the doors are opened or I carefully check under them. E Bay pictures would not show those blue floors, but I still like this Iso Mike. Thanks Again for showing it here......kwakers
