Can anyone shed any light on this? The fact that it has a label on only one side makes me deeply suspicious that it is a genuine promotional item.

"Reifen" is German for "tyres".

Other than that I cannot say anything definitive about this model. The label on the canopy seems to have no relation to the one on the side. These labels are probably from something else, but I do not know from what.

I would think that somebody put these labels on the model privately just for fun.

Nevertheless, between them, four bidders pushed the hammer price up to £62. What do they know that we don't (or were they buying it for the box)?

This seller is a faker of most of the odd/rare decal variants and pre-pros.His base pics are not for our eyes but just his and the base rivets mostly seem tampered.
If u look at his buyer feedback u will notice the purchase of a spraypainting mask.He had sold quite a few Lesney Fiat Abarths with rare black interiors.
I would keep away from this seller and keep my monies where they belong.
