Mike,
Here is a list of the tools you will need.
hammer
hacksaw.
chisel.
cutting torch
file
screwdriver
bigger hammer.
bench vice (vise?)
c clamp
superglue.
let me know when you are ready to disassemble the bus Mike.

Actually we should not be surprised at the use of white and off white plastics, the 48b speedboat, firestation and MG1(BP) garage can all be found with either white or off white plastics.

nope, we don't have a prayer of getting the bus back together again so I left it out.

You guys crack me up.
Reminds me of trying to repair a siezed kingpin on my transit many many moons ago, I had a small but brand new gas blowtorch and played the flame over the kingpin for a good 10 minutes, That should do it, one good hard smack with the hammer and it should be free, so keeping the flame on the kingpin I took careful aim with the hammer.
I gave the kingpin one almighty smack with the hammer, missed it but managed to break the diecast blowtorch in two, luckily I never set light to the van but the blowtorch went straight in the bin.
Back to the drawing board...
