Toyfair here on sunday yielded this lot,was able to stick to my budget, I spent 245Dkr £25 for all below :) Cresta is the least common copper shade and looks to be a candy coat not a metallic from the shadows in the paint and the grease spot on the hood which is on top of the primer but under the candy coat!

Mick, I really like that Dinky 214. Very nice little model! and the Cresta looks in great condition.

Cresta fills an important gap and only cost 20kr £2 . Imp looks even better now its been cleaned! Note the grease spot on the hood shows that this gold finish is actually a candy coat sprayed over the original light gold primer, same sahde as car to the left and same primer used on #32 E type

I have a great love of the Monte Carlo Ralley cars that Corgi and Dinky issued back in the day and have several Corgi variants, a copule of beautiful Corgi 328's Monte Carlo Minis and a stunning Corgi 329 Monte Carlo Imp in my colllection. Unfortunately they are in storage so i dont have access to them at the moment to photograph.

Last weekend was the 2nd time this year our largest indoor fleamarket is held and these are the bargains I scored - USA Redline custom Fleetside is the star, all the Lesneys including the box Golden Yesteryears set were too cheap to leave although #22 Freeman is easily the lightest shade of this casting I have and very welcome addition to my display cabinet

Fleetside looks great, but I think the Majorette RTL liveried R5 is the best item there. Never seen one with that design before.

Just to be different, I'll say my favourite is the Ford D Series - what is it Tekno? The wheel detailing is spot on, I used to hate changing the tyres on these things!

Yes it is Tekno, very similar to the Dinky but much more refined, less robust!
Last weekend indoor flea markets turned up this lot - cost £66 which is cheap considering most of it went on the very nice Bedford car transporter. I like the uncommon yellow seats WHIZZWHEELS taxi best but Norev Mercedes LM is probably the rarest item here. Finally got a reasonable Lesney #55 Mercury Policecar which was a huge gap in my 1969RW range and the WHIZZWHEELS Saint Volvo is one of the last couple of 1970-73 toys in the range that I didnt have..........
