Don't bother with estate agents, just use Rightmove instead. (They all list their properties there these days.)

Great, thanks. It's been a while since I last moved. I'll have a look at rightmove, sounds much better to have things all in the same place.
Hopefully the house buying process has been improved by technology too and we no longer have to rely on letters been carried by carrier pigeons
